Robert C. O’Rourke, 34, of Altoona and formerly of Canonsburg, died Tuesday July 12, 2016 in his home following a brief illness.
He was born August 7, 1981 in Pittsburgh the son of the late Robert W. and Ruth Wright O’Rourke.
IMr. O’Rourke was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg where he enjoyed attending mass and participating in other church functions.
He enjoyed arts and crafts, camping and cooking out. He also had a love of the culinary arts.
He was a graduate of Westley Highland High School in Pittsburgh.
Surviving is a sister Sylvia (Robert Marth) Markle of Canonsburg and a brother Dennis L. (Tami) Stevens of Burgettstown. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, a great niece and great nephew, and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister Joyce Stevens Helton and a brother, John Roger Stevens.
All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday July 30, 2016 in St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg.
