Mary Jane Hayges

Mary Jane Hayges, 87, walked together with the Lord on February 24, 2024.  Greeted by her husband, daughter and brothers along with many other loved ones, passing away peacefully in her sleep with a smile on her face.

Mary Jane was born May 30, 1936 the daughter of George and Mary Paydock.

On May 25, 1963 she married Harold J. Hayges, the love of her life.

She was retired from Vestaburg Senior Center.

Mary Jane is survived by her daughter Kati (Bill) Clark, five grandchildren; Dodge, Dakota, Star, Max and Megan, three great grandchildren Briella, Bryson, and Brynlee.  Also surviving are two son-in-laws Greg Kevoian and Mic Clark, and two step daughters Robbin (Dwain) Nye and Tina Watson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold, Daughter Janet Kevoian and brothers Bern and George.

Friends will be received from 3:00 to 7:00 Tuesday February 27, 2024 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday February 28, 2024 in the funeral home. 

Interment will follow in Taylor’s Cemetery in Centerville, PA.
