Deborah Lynn Rosenwald, 59, of Canonsburg passed away Sunday February 12, 2017 in Townview Nursing Home in Canonsburg following a lengthy illness.

She was born April 28, 1957 in Pittsburgh the daughter of Edward A. and Mary Jane Herriott Rosenwald who reside in Canonsburg.

Miss Rosenwald was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg.

She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

She enjoyed doing crafts, fishing, traveling and spending time at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino.

She was employed as a cashier at Rite Aid, Shop-n-Save, and McDonald’s.

Surviving are her sisters and brothers Patricia A. (Ajay) White of Cecil, Lawrence E. (Kris) Rosenwald of Canonsburg, Donna Jean (Lloyd) Leichliter of McDonald and David C. (Susan) Rosenwald of Glen Burnie, MD.

Also surviving are her aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Lawrence and Helen (Mounts) Harriott and Charles Mounts and her paternal grandparents Lawrence and Marie Rosenwald.

Friends will be received from 2-6 p.m. Thursday in Mario L. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 194 East College Street in Canonsburg.  A Blessing service will be held immediately following the visitation at 6:00 p.m. Thursday February 16, 2017 in DeAngelo Funeral Home.  Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in Forest Lawn Gardens in McMurray.
