“Faithful and loving son”

John Robert White, 56, of Washington passed away unexpectedly July 5, 2018 in his home due to natural causes.

He was born July 25, 1961 in Washington the son of the late James A. White and Frances Insana White with whom he made his home.

Mr. White was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and St. Vincent College.

He was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church in Washington where he was a member of the Holy Name Society, a Eucharistic Minister and Lector.

Giant Eagle in Washington employed him as a deli Clerk for sixteen years.

John enjoyed going to movies and spending time with his mother.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Frances Insana White, are many cousins, an uncle, Lawrence (Joan) Insana of Cincinnatti, OH, and two, aunts Emma Angott of Prosperity and Patricia Insana of Washington.

Deceased in addition to his father, James A. White, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carmella and Peter Insana, and his paternal grandparents, Mary and John White.

Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Sunday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Ave. in Washington.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday July 9, 2018 in St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church in Washington.

If attending the mass, please meet at the church.  Interment will be held privately in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in McMurray.
