Lenora J. Cancilla, 91, of Canonsburg passed away Friday March 10, 2017 in Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born July 17, 1925 in Canonsburg the daughter of Cosimo and Antonina Culotta Cancilla.
Miss Cancilla was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg.
She graduated from Canonsburg High School.
Washington County employed her as a Clerk in the courthouse.
Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family.
Surviving is a sister Gloria Cancilla of Canonsburg and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers Samuel, Charles and Leonard Cancilla and two sisters Constance Cancilla and Carmella Sklios.
Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. Sunday in Mario L. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 194 East College Street in Canonsburg. Departing prayers will be held in the Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Monday March 13, 2017 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Monday in St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery in Canonsburg.
