Alice M. Plute

Alice M. Plute, of Canonsburg, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, in Transitions Healthcare, Washington.

She was born in Castle Shannon, a daughter of the late Anthony and Katherine Machesky Plute.

She was a graduate of Cecil High School.

Alice was Roman Catholic.

She loved to travel and going to the casino.

RCA Employed her as an inspector for 37 years.

Although she never married, she was especially fond of her many nieces and nephews.

Surviving are nieces, Jamie McNurlen and Sharleen Steiner; and many great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Plute and Edwin Plute; a sister, Gertrude Hatalsky; and a special nephew, Jack O’Neil.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Thursday, April 14, in Mario L. DeAngelo Funeral Home, 194 East College Street, Canonsburg.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Activities Department at Transitions Health Care in Washington.

Interment will be held in private at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Cecil.
