Andrea Luvinia Reynolds lovingly known by all as “P-nut”, 57, of Johnstown went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 17, 2015.
She was born on August 30, 1957 in Pittsburgh the daughter of the late James Reid and Elizabeth Matthews.
Mrs. Reynolds was a graduate of Schenley High School in Pittsburgh.
During her youth, she was a featured singer in Alter Howard and his musical group.
She was a certified welder who primarily worked for Westinghouse. For the past four years while living in Johnstown, sister Andrea (as she was known at her church) was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she became very active with many church activities including singing in the church choir.
Mrs. Reynolds would speak often at Narcotics Anonymous meetings and sponsored many who were recovering from their addictions.
She enjoyed watching movies and collected movies and dolls.
Surviving are a daughter Torrison Fuller of Atlanta, GA and two sons Edward Reynolds of Washington and Shawn Grigsby also of Washington.
She had five sisters Shirley Standford of Pittsburgh, Darleen Morton of Los Angeles, CA, Alice Scott of Pittsburgh, Elizabeth Cuttler of Baltimore, MD, and Denise Williams of Pittsburgh and three brothers Kevin Reid and James Bradley and a brother Clifton “Bubba” Cuttler (deceased).
She also had seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and her second mother Gloria Reid of Pittsburgh.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday February 24, 2015 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Ave. in Washington, PA 15301. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Tuesday with Rev. Theodore Tisinger, Sr. Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be held in Oak Spring Cemetery in Canonsburg, PA.
