Beatricia R. Meriweather

Beatricia R. Meriweather, 32, of Washington passed away unexpectedly on Sunday January 21, 2024.

She was born April 20, 1991 in Washington the daughter of Mannuel and Felicia Meriweather Johnson who live in Washington.

Beatricia was a graduate of Washington High School Class of 2009.

She was employed as a CRN at the Grove of Washington Nursing Home and then as a clerk at Dollar General on Jefferson Avenue in Washington.

She enjoyed cooking and baking and being with her children Harlem, Mull, Journi, Bryant and Brave Meriweather, all of Washington.

Surviving are several uncles and aunts; Marvin (Martha) Meriweather, Sr., Kevin (Jackie) Meriweather, Zelphia (Sonny) Meriweather, Marvin (Amy) Meriweather, Jr., Donnie (Krystal) Johnson, Rose Johnson, James Walden.  Also surviving is an aunt Nicole Ferri; and several cousins including Ahleajha, Kayla, Ashley, Mia, Zach, Bryce, Donovan, Morgan, Mason, Skylar, Tieasha, Donnie III, Shanequa, Kevin, Keith, and Tanisia.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home immediately following the visitation with Rev. Joyce Moten officiating.  All other arrangements are private.
