Charles Bronson Jenkins, Sr. of Washington passed away Thursday May 14, 2026.

He was born August 18, 1977 in Washington a son of the late William and Dorothy Urista Jenkins who resides in Washington.

Mr. Jenkins was employed as a butcher at various meatpacking companies in the area.

He was a member of the VFW Post #927 in Washington, The Independent Club in Washington, the American Legion in Taylorstown and the Slovak Club in Canonsburg. 

He enjoyed shooting pool, throwing darts, karaoke, dancing and having fun and goofing off with his friends.  He especially enjoyed his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother he is survived by four children; Julie Jenkins of Washington, Izabella Jenkins of Washington, Charles (Haley) Jenkins of Brownsville and Kenneth (Hope) Jenkins of Washington.  Also surviving are four grandchildren Scarlette Jenkins, Kenneth Jenkins, Jr., Niko Jenkins and Halo Dixon and a sister Tracy Jenkins of Washington, two brothers William (Beth) Jenkins of Washington and Matthew (Melinda) Jenkins of Avella.  Surviving are a several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday May 19, 2026 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. William Jenkins officiating.  All other arrangements are private.
