David Mark Foschia, 64, of Washington passed away Friday December 14, 2018 in Washington.
He was born December 7, 1954 in Washington the son of Rudy Foschia of Wheeling, WV and the late Joan Malarkey.
Mr. Foschia attended Washington High School.
He was an honorably discharged United States Navy Veteran having served during the Vietnam Era from February 1, 1973 to February 1, 1975.
During his working career, he was a general contractor and built houses and also worked at various restaurants in the Washington County area.
Surviving are two daughters Stephanie Pinkston of Gulf Coast, FL and Candice Foschia of Washington, PA.
A committal service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday December 28, 2018 in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors by the United States Navy and the American Legion Post #175 of Washington.
