Frank H. Winters, 52, of Oakdale passed away on Thursday August 12, 2021 in his home.
He was born September 24, 1968 in Washington a son of James E. and Helen K. Dye Winters who reside in Washington.
Mr. Winters was employed by Cochran Motors as an auto detailer and general shop worker.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and liked to tell a good “story”.
Surviving in addition to his parents are three sons Eric B. Winters of Washington, Justin G. (Jennifer) Winters of Oakdale, and Adam T. (Savannah) Winters of Washington.
Also surviving are two brothers James E (Brenda) Winters of Washington, Jason C. (Ginger) Winters of Waynesburg and a sister Stacie (Carl) Warco of Washington; and his grandchildren Isaac, Payton, Hannah, Cameron, Dominic and Kendall and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Howard and Ellen Carrol Dye and his paternal grandparents Homer and Helen Ruse Winters.
Friends will be received from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday August 17, 2021 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday immediately following the viewing. Interment will be held in Mt. Prospect Cemetery on a later date.
