Haifa Sibert, 94, a long-time resident of McMurray, PA, died Sunday, July 14, at McMurray Hills Manor. Born on Christmas day, 1924, in Warren, OH, Haifa received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 1974. Haifa worked for Vitro Labs and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is survived by her daughter, Martha Pride (Ernest), and son, James, and five grandchildren; Rosemikel, of Dallas, TX, Nathaniel, Hannah, and Annabelle, of Imperial, PA. A brief service and burial will take place at Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray, PA, on Friday, July 19 at 11am.
