Louis Benedict Aquilino, Jr. 92, of Washington passed away Thursday February 4, 2021.

He was born April 6, 1928 in Canonsburg a son of Louis and Eva Mildred Kanzius Aquilino, Sr.

Mr. Aquilino was a graduate of Canonsburg High School Class of 1946.

Hunting and fishing, Gardening and lawn care were some of the things he enjoyed.

Mr. Aquilino was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Washington. 

Washington Steel Company employed him as a Crane Operator/Steel Worker where he was a member of the USWA Local #7139.

On July 31, 1948 in Kentucky, he married Emma C. Comito who preceded him in death March 6, 2010.

Surviving are four children Jan (Blaine) Henderson of Washington, Susan (Bill) Budavich of Washington, Louis Alan (Lisa) Aquilino of Washington, and Samuel (Lonna) Aquilino also of Washington.

Also surviving is a sister Dolores (Sam) Mayberry of Washington; eight grandchildren, Blaine R. Henderson, Jaime L. (Craig) Cowieson, James E. (Kelly) Tush III, Owen W. (Megan) Budavich, Kristi (Robert) Knapp, Andrea (Fiance’ Kenny Dehan) Aquilino, Ashley Marie (Patrick) Dease, Samuel Michael (Taylor Sari) Aquilino and forteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, the family has requested that visitation and funeral services be private.

Entombment will be held in Washington Cemetery Garden Mausoleum.

A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date after the pandemic subsides.

Arrangements are in the care of DeAngelo Funeral Home in Washington.
