To Abel & Krol Families, Thinking of all of you during this sad time. I loved Mrs. Krol as a teacher & family friend. She always remembered me & my sister Cookie. Your UNcle Ed was my Dad's friend since I was a little girl. That is how long I knew Mrs. Krol. I babysat for Mary Catherine's children. Again, my thoughts & prayers are with you. God Bless.

I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing, as well as the untimely death of her daughter Mary. Now I feel so grateful for my March phone call to Betty, during which she sounded as sweet as ever with her optimistic, "musical" voice! My mom Ena Janosko was a fellow resident with Frank and Betty at Strabane Trails Village, where so many folks shared friendship and fun. Years ago in Washington, my late sister Marcia had worked with Betty's sister in child welfare services, and my sister Sharon had worked with Frank in the hospital business office, so there was a Krol connection for the Janosko girls before we ever knew them at Strabane. I will fondly remember both Betty and Frank, especially during some of the dinnertimes that I shared with them when my Mother's table was filled. It was a delight to know them~ may they rest in peace! Carol (Janosko) Easton & family
