Sharon Felix Waggett, 69, of Daiseytown passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday August 5, 2026 in her home.
She was born May 1, 1957 in Washington a daughter of the late Cecil and Margaret Carr Felix.
Shari was employed as a Hospice Nurse by Three Rivers Hospice as an in home care nurse
She was a member of the Eagles and the Minors Club located in Richeyville.
She enjoyed going on motorcycle rides, going to clubs, bingo and arts and crafts.
On April 14, 2007 she married Thomas Waggett who preceded her in death on April 25, 2019.
Surviving is a son Clayton Hanning of West Alexander whom she was caregiver for and two step-daughters Robin Davis of Washington and Cassandra Koelt of Lexington, KY and three grandchildren Teresa Parkinson of Claysville, Austin Hanning of Derry, PA and Hunter Hanning also of Derry. Also surviving are her step-grandchildren Emmie Lou and Braden Davis of Washington and her great grandchildren Ariah and Arabella Parkinson; her sisters and brothers Cecilia (Michael) Nash of Tridelphia, WV, Virginia (John) Carpenter of Rayland, OH, Marlene (Steve) McCloskey of Woodland, Linda Felix (Danny) of Tridelphia, WV, Sue (James) Nash of Tridelphia, WV, Edith (Dave) Luzier of West Decatur, Henrietta (Bryan) Columbus of Woodland and Cecil (Laura) Felix of Curwensville .
Deceased is a brother and two sisters Terry R. Zane, Kimberly Morris and Tammy Ann Felix.
She adored her dog Captain.
Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services which will be held at 11:45 a.m. Friday August 14, 2026 in Washington Cemetery.
