Shawn D. Chadwick

Shawn D. Chadwick 43 of Washington, PA passed away unexpectedly following a brief illness, on January 17th, 2022. 

He was born February 16th, 1978, in Washington, son of George and late Linda Chadwick Crowe of Washington.

Shawn was raised by his grandmother Elaine Chadwick. Shawn attended Trinity High School. He worked as a crane operator at Brookman’s for 16 years. Shawn married his sweetheart Toni Dawn Miller of Washington on August 18th, 2010, at their dream destination in Hawaii. 

His daughter Faith Elaine Chadwick was his pride and joy. Shawn loved his fur-babies Diesel and Kit. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with his family. One of Shawn’s favorite pass times was coaching Twist Softball where his daughter Faith played. Shawn was loved by all who encountered him was always the life of the party and could always make everyone laugh. 

Shawn is survived by his wife Toni, his daughter Faith, his maternal grandmother Elaine Chadwick, his sister Lisa Yoders (Chris), his sister Nicole Crowe (Mike), Aunts Janet (Gene) Bailey, Joyce Chadwick, Uncle Duane (Lori), all of Washington, PA, his mother-in-law Bunny Miller of Washington, PA, his brother-in-law Dan Carpenter of Washington, PA, and sister-in-law Cindy Jo Miller of Wilmington, NC, several nieces and nephew, and several great-nieces and nephews 

Preceding Shawn in death were his maternal grandfather Duane Chadwick, his paternal grandparents Ray and Dorothy Crowe, his cousins Ryan Phillips and Damian Chadwick, of Washington, PA. 

Friends will be received from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday Januar 22, 2022 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington. A funeral service will follow the visitation in the funeral home at 7:00 p.m.
